Serving the Quad Cities Since 1999

Our Staff

Scott McNab

CEO, Owner

Lighthouse Homecare was founded in 1999 to provide Homecare services to families in the Quad Cities and surrounding area. Over the years, we have helped countless families care for their loved ones, providing support and assistance to family members as they balance their home and professional lives.

As the owner of Lighthouse Homecare, I have spent much of my professional life helping families plan for the future and provide for their loved ones. I lost my father in 2012 and remember the concerns I had for my father’s failing health and well being during his struggle. This strengthened the desire to offer my experiences and enhance the quality of life of others. In 2014, I was honored to join the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors as an advocate for Homecare while offering my experience and perspective for our Iowa Chapter.

In 1991 I married Jennifer McNab, a teacher at Bettendorf Middle School, and have two wonderful sons, Jason and Ryan. Being an integral part of our community is very important to me, not only as a business owner, but also as a husband and father as well.

Lighthouse Homecare has one overriding principal: Enhancing Quality of Life Through Compassionate Care. This is the most important thing we can do to ensure the highest quality care in the Quad Cities.

If there is anything my compassionate staff or I can do for you, please do not hesitate to call. We are available 24 hours a day, every day.

Beth has been the RSVP (Retired Seniors Volunteer Program) Advisory Council president and is highly respected by both her colleagues and the seniors she serves.

She then went to Chicago and spent the next 9 years working for the Chicago Home Health Services, the last 3 years as the RN Supervisor.

While her children were young she worked as an RN for Home Care Agency then moved backed to Iowa. During the next few years she took on paramedical insurance examinations in client’s homes to determine eligibility.
